This application has been filed by the applicant seeking to condone the delay of 1003 days in filing the written statement of defendants 1 to 3 in C.S.No.32 of 2023.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this application, and in order to afford an opportunity to the applicant to contest the case, this Court deems it fit to allow this application.

4.This application stands allowed accordingly. The delay of 1003 days in filing the written statement of defendant 1 to 3 is hereby condoned. The written statement of the defendants 1 to 3 is taken on file.
