J U D G M E N T

This Court by an order dated 01.03.2023 had directed the appellants to take steps with respect to respondent No.1 and to restore the appeal insofar as respondents 6 and 7 are concerned.

2. Today, Mr.M.Manoj representing Mr.G.Jeremiah, learned counsel for the appellants filed a memo to the effect that they had sought to get instructions regarding the legal heirs, but despite the service of notice more than two weeks ago, nothing is forthcoming. I am left with no other option but to dismiss the appeal as abated. No costs.
