ORDER
(Order of this Court was made by M.S.RAMESH.J,) Claiming that the respondent police had not effectively taken steps to trace the petitioner's missing son, based on his complaint dated 10.01.2025, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.
2. The petitioner's son had voluntarily appeared before us. When we interacted with the boy, he expressed his opinion that he intends to reconcile with his father and live under his care and protection.
3. In view of the above developments, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition.
