ORDER

Petitioner seeks direction to the respondent police to register a case on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 21.04.2015.

2. This petition has come up today for admission. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and I have also perused the records carefully.

3.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent that a case has been registered in Crime No.652/2015 under Sections 341, 323 and 506(ii) on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 21.04.2015. The said statement is recorded.
