The present Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to grant leave to the Administrator to file a review petition in respect of order dated 30.10.2019 made in W.P.No.17669 of 2018.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondents have discharged their duties as per the orders of this Court and thereby, nothing survives for further adjudication. An endorsement to the said effect was also made in the petition today.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition stands closed.
