Heard the learned counsels on either side. The petitioner alleges that the respondent is harrasing her at the instance of one Mrs.Sabitha Rani.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) states that 1/4

the petitioner was summoned once, however, no FIR has been registered against the petitioner.

3. Be that as it may, the respondent is directed to issue summons in writing to the petitioner, if they want to enquire her. If the respondent registers any FIR against the petitioner, she will be given due notice, so that she will breathing time to move this Court for the relief of Anticipatory Bail.

4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
