Respondents Prayer : Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondents herein for having wilful disobedience of the orders of this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.26583 of 2004 pronounced on 14.03.2013.

O R D E R
This Contempt Petition has been filed against the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.26583 of 2004 dated 14.03.2013 where in this Court directed the respondents as under:- "Accordingly, the impugned order passed and confirmed by the second and first respondents respectively are hereby set aside. The matter is remitted back to the respondents for conducting an enquiry by affording an opportunity to the petitioner.
Such an exercise should be completed within five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the result, the writ petition is allowed. No costs."
2. Pursuant to the direction issued by this Court, the enquiry proceedings were again taken up by the disciplinary authority and the final order was passed by the disciplinary authority on 30.10.2013, it is further clarified that a fresh enquiry was conducted by the respondents by giving opportunity to the petitioner.
3.Thus, this Court is of the opinion that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.26583 of 2004 dated 14.03.2013, has been complied with. Thus, no further adjudication is required and if any grievance exist the writ petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
