W.P.No.31071 of 2015: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Consitution of India seeking a Writ of mandamus dircting the third respondent to conduct a proper and complete investigation and file their report within a time.

JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was delivered by S.VAIDYANATHAN, J.] In view of the orders of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in RAM KISSAN FAUJI v. STATE OF HARIYANA reported in 2017 Vol-5 SCC 533 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and the decision rendered by this Court on 30.01.2018 in W.A.Sr.No.1941 of 2018, the present Writ Appeal is not maintainable and the Appellant is aggrieved with the order of the Learned Single Judge, it is open to the Appellant to approach the Hon'ble Apex Court.

2.In view of the above, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as not maintainable. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
