The petitioner has filed this criminal miscellaneous petition to extend the time for further period of two months from 17.01.2025 to surrender before the trial Court as directed by this Court vide order dated 06.12.2024 in Crl.A.No.585 of 2017.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, four weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditions as directed by this Court in Crl.A.No.585 of 2017 dated 06.12.2024 from today failing which, the trial Court is directed to take steps to secure the custody of the accused.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
