Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed in the order dated 23.12.2021 made in Crl.OP.25432/2021. Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.PRAKASH, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25432 of 2021 on 23.12.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly twice i.e., on first and fifteenth of every Month at 10.30 a.m.,until further orders.
