Till date, alternate arrangement has not been made by the appellant either to engage a new counsel or to appear by herself. The Second Appeal is of the year 2007. No further indulgence can be shown to the appellant for arguing the Second Appeal. Therefore, it can now be inferred that the appellant is not interested to prosecute the Second Appeal. Accordingly, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
