Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to disburse to the Agricultural Labour Pension to the Petitioners 1 and 3 to 26 and the Old Age Pension to the 2nd Petitioner, with their respective arrears, forthwith. The prayer made in this writ petition is to direct the third respondent to disburse to the Agricultural Labour Pension to the Petitioners 1 and 3 to 26 and the Old Age Pension to the 2nd Petitioner, with their respective arrears, forthwith. 2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submitted that some of the petitioners are no more and hence, the petitioners / legal heirs of the deceased petitioners may be granted liberty to approach the authority concerned afresh and on such approach, the authority concerned may be directed to dispose of the same on merits.
3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has no serious objection for granting such relief to the petitioners.
4.In view of the limited relief now sought by the learned counsel for the petitioners, which has also not been seriously opposed on the side of the respondents, this writ petition stands disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioners / legal heirs of the deceased petitioner to submit a fresh representation indicating all grievances with supportive documents to the authority concerned, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the authority concerned shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three (3) weeks thereafter. No costs.
