ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's petition pending before the 1st respondent in application No.714/2023/A4 dated nil with regard to illegalities committed in revenue documents pertaining to lands in re-survey nos.643/4A, 634/1, Modakuruchi Village, Erode district.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that she has purchase the property from the second respondent by virtue of sale deed dated 28.02.2022, however, later she got to know that the property stands in the name of third respondent. Hence, she preferred a complaint before the first respondent in Application No.714/2023/A4, which is pending. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1,4,5 & 6 and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the first respondent to dispose of the petition in Application No.714/2023/A and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
