J U D G M E N T

(The case has been heard through video conference) A dispute that has been festering for over two decades has finally been settled with the intervention of the counsel for the appellant as well as respondents. The parties has now reduced the terms of the compromise in a joint memorandum of compromise dated 28.07.2021.

2. The parties have appeared before this Court in person along with their respective counsels who have also signed the compromise. The parties have admitted to signing of the compromise and to the terms set out therein. The joint memorandum of compromise is taken on file and the second appeal is disposed of in terms of this joint memorandum of compromise dated 28.07.2021.

3. The terms of the compromise shall form part of the decree. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. No costs.
