Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the imposed condition in Crl.O.P.No.17754 of 2020 order dated 10.11.2020, in so far reporting before the respondent police on every day at about 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m. until further orders Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K.MYILSAMY, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitoner directing him to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. And 05.30 p.m. Until further orders.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complaying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17754 of 2020 dated 10.11.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17754 of 2020 dated 10.11.2020 is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m. Util further orders.
5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
