The petitioner seeks a direction to the 3 rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.01.2024 to implement the notice in M.Oo.Mu.A.No.1/2335/2023 dated 08.11.2023.

2.The entire grievance of the petitioner appears to be one arising out

of family dispute in claiming partition. The petitioner has given a representation to the respondents against his brother/4 th respondent as if he is running the Marriage Hall in the name and style of Sri Vijayalakshmi Thirumana Mandapam in S.No.66/2, Cuddalore Main Road, Kunnathur Village, Thirukoilur, Kallakurichi District, without renewing the licence from the competent authorities. It is the grievance of the petitioner that, though the 3 rd respondent has issued notices to the 4 th respondent on 22.08.2023 and 08.11.2023 to renew the licence and made it clear that failing which, action will be taken as against the 4 th respondent, the 3 rd respondent has not any action. Hence, the writ. 3.However, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that, now the licence has been renewed by the proceedings of the District Collector, Kallakurichi District, in Na.Ka.H2/30833/2023, dated 02.01.2025. A copy of the said proceedings is also produced before this Court.
