The petitioner seeks for a direction to the second respondent to register the case based on the complaint, dated 03.07.2014 in complaint No.207/ALG/KRI/2014 and to investigate the same.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.Considering the allegations made in the complaint, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and if any cognizable offence is made out, further action shall be taken following the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 (Lalita Kumari V. Government of Uttar Pradesh and others).
