This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to issue any job in the Arulmigu Senkazhuneer Pillaiyar Temple situated at No.133, Senkazhuneer Pillaiyar Temple situated at no.133, Senkazhuneer Pillaiyar Koil Street, Mannadi (George Town), Page No:2/6
Chennai - 600 001 on the basis of the petitioner's representation by the registered dated 10.01.2025.
2. Mr.Karthikeyan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the Respondents.
3.By consent of the parties, the writ petition is taken up for disposal at the time of admission stage itself.
4. The Petitioner has given a representation to the third respondent on 10.01.2025,seeking to appoint him in any of the available posts in Arulmigu Senkazhuneer Pillaiyar Temple situated at No.133, Senkazhuneer Pillaiyar Temple situated at no.133, Senkazhuneer Pillaiyar Koil Street, Mannadi (George Town), Chennai - 600 001. Since no orders have been passed on the said representation till date, the petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking for the aforesaid relief.

5. Mr.Karthikeyan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that no vacancies were available in the aforesaid temple as on today.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 10.01.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as to the parties concerned.
