A.No.620 of 2020 in C.S.No.675 of 1992 P.T.ASHA.J., Today the matter was posted for the appearance of the parties to verify as to whether they had authorised their Power of Attorney Mr.P.Ismail to receive the amounts from this Court.

The applicants had appeared through video conferencing and have submitted that, they have given such power and they have no objection to the cheque being issued in the name of Mr.P.Ismail.

2.Accordingly, the Registry is directed to issue the cheque in the name of Mr.P.Ismail the Power Agent of the defendants/applicants.
