The present miscellaneous petitions have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 72 days in filing the criminal revisions against the judgment dated 03.08.2023 made in Crl.A.Nos.372 and 373 of 2022 on the file of the XXI Additional Sessions Court, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for the petitions being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petitions, these petitions stand allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the criminal revisions, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main cases for admission.
