This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the complaint dated 05.12.2014 and proceed in accordance with the law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that petition enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.383 of 2014 and the same was closed as the dispute is civil in nature. The respondent police is directed to send a copy of the Closure Report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. In view of the above, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
