Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14361 of 2017 order dated 24.07.2017 in Crime No.1183 of 2017.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.THIRUMOORTHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. C.EMALIAS, ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

2. According to the learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday at 06.30 p.m. until further orders.
