ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation to some other independent investigation agency from the file of the 2nd respondent in Crime No.2897 of 2013.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that on completion of investigation in Crime No.2897 of 2013, the 2nd respondent reporting that the case has been "Further Action Dropped" and no further action needs to be taken and the final report to that effect has been filed before the learned XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai on 22.11.2013. Thereafter, a notice has been served to the petitioner in R.C.S.No.24 of 2013. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the same, there is no necessity to transfer the case as prayed for by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in the above case and this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
