ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking to set aside the fair and decretal Order dated 10.11.2023 passed in I.A.No.9 of 2022 in O.S.No.8818 of 2019 by the learned VII Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai.

2. By an order of this Court dated 30.04.2025, this matter was referred to Mediation wherein, a Settlement Agreement was arrived at between the parties on 08.07.2024. The petitioners and the 1st respondent signed in the Mediation Agreement and counter-signed by their respective counsels.

3. The learned counsel for the 1st respondent/plaintiff has no objection to the revision being allowed.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the order dated 10.11.2023 is set aside. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
