The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent police to transfer the investigation of the case to any other police station.
2.Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
3.It is seen that the petitioner sought for transfer of investigation at the stage of CSR from the first respondent to other investigating agency. As such, the prayer cannot be considered after a lapse of four years that too crime itself is not registered sofar.
4.With the above observations, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as devoid of merits.
