This petition has been filed to withdraw the suit in O.S No.153 of 2022 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Ramanathapuram and transfer the same to the file of the learned Family Court, Salem.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and there is no representation on the behalf of the respondent.

3. It is seen from the records that the respondent filed O.S No.153 of 2022, on the file of the District Munsif, Ramanathapuram, for dissolution of marriage. Now, the petitioner living in Salem and the distance between Salem to Ramanathapuram is nearly about 350 Kms.

4. Considering the distance between the petitioner's house and the Court, this Court is inclined to transfer the O.S No.153 of 2022 pending on the file of the District Munsif, Ramanathapuram, to Family Court, Salem.

5. Accordingly, the present Tr.C.M.P. is allowed and the O.S No.153 of 2022 pending on the file of the District Munsif, Ramanathapuram, is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Salem. Further, the District Munsif, Ramanathapuram, is directed to transfer the records in connection with O.S No.153 of 2022, to the Family Court, Salem, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
