ORDER

This criminal revision has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.916 of 2011.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent police would submit that in this matter investigation has been completed and charge sheet was also filed and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.610 of 2017 by the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet.
