CRIME NO. 10/2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed inpara no.7(b) of the order in Crl.OP.No. 20544 of 2021 Dated 11.11.2021, that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on every Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and pass such further or other orders as this Hon`ble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. C.PRAKASAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.20544 of 2021 by an order dated 11.11.2021. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition.
