The prayer sought for in the present petition is to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of order dated 16.11.2017 of this Court made in Crl.OP. No. 24799 of 2017.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the petitioner's compliant has been closed on 10.12.2017 as undetected and that the investigating officer will re-open the case for further investigation as and when any clue obtained by him about the vehicle, which was involved in the accident.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the closure report dated 10.12.2017, the contempt petition stands closed.
