Considering the limited prayer sought for, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

2.The petitioner seeks a direction for early disposal of O.P.No.3747 of 2018 which has been filed by the wife seeking restitution of 1/3

conjugal rights. The said original petition is pending on the file of the I Additional Family Court, Chennai, wherein O.P.No.3331 of 2018 filed by the husband is also pending. The O.P.No.3331 of 2018 has already been directed to be disposed of within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in CRP.No.165 of 2022. Hence, there will be a similar direction in this revision also. The I Additional Family Court, Chennai is directed to dispose of O.P.No.3747 of 2018 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.This Civil Revision Petition is allowed.
