Criminal Revision Petition filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records in CA.No.50 of 2017 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Namakkal dated 25.04.2018 confirming the order of conviction passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Rasipuram in CC.No.181 of 2012, set aside the same and set the petitioner at liberty. The memorandum of compromise is filed and signed by the parties and their respective counsels.

2. The learned counsel for the parties have filed memo of compromise stating that the compromise has been arrived at and the memo of compromise is taken on record. The conviction and sentence passed by the trial Court shall stand set aside.
