This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to furnish the copy of the Lookout Circular Notice issued as against the petitioner pursuant to the Crime No.8 of 2019 on the file of the All Women Police Station, Thiruchengode. 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the copy of the Lookout Circular Notice is very much available with the 2nd respondent and the petitioner is ready to appear before the 2nd respondent, provided the 2nd respondent is ready to furnish the copy of the same.

3. Considering the above submissions, the petitioner is directed to go before the 2nd respondent and ask for a copy of Lookout Circular Notice by way of representation. On receipt of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the Lookout Circular Notice issued pursuant to the FIR registered in Crime No.8 of 2019.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
