G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 01.04.2022 by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 8(c), 20(b), (ii)(b), 22(b), 25 and 29(1) of the NDPS Act, 1985 in Crime No.87 of 2022, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused were found in illegal possession of 4300 grams of Ganja and some Tydol Tablets. Hence, a case was registered as against the petitioner.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he is no way connected with the offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that there are totally three accused in which the petitioner is arrayed as Accused No.3. He along with other accused persons were found in possession of 4300 grams of Ganja and 10 Tydol tablets and 15 tablets of Nitravet 10mg and it is a commercial quantity. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
