The Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of the Code of Civil Procedure, against the Judgement and Decree dated 14.11.2007 of the Sub-Court, Cheyyar, Tiruvannamalai District in A.S.No.23 of 2005 in confirming the Judgement and Decree, dated 18.02.2005 of the Principal District Munsif, Court, Cheyyar, Tiruvannamalai District in O.S.No.262 of 2003. J U D G M E N T

Today, when the Second Appeal is taken up for hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the appellants. The learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent alone appeared before this Court, through Video Conferencing.

2. On verification of records, it appears that after filing the appeal in the year 2007, so far, steps have not been taken for serving summons to the 2nd respondent. Further, the counsel for the appellants regularly not appearing to represent the Second Appeal.
