ORDER

The prayer sought for herein is for a writ of mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to survey the petitioner's property on measuring the metes and bounds by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.12.2022.

2. In order to survey the land belongs to the petitioner, the petitioner has made an application on 08.12.2022 and fee to that effect has also been paid by the petitioner. However, since the same has not been considered, she has moved the present writ petition seeking a direction to the second respondent to act upon on the application submitted by the petitioner.

3. Heard Ms.Kalai Selvi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.Akila Rajendran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

4. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that within a reasonable period that may be stipulated by this Court, the application of the petitioner would be taken into account and the needful would be undertaken by the second respondent.

5. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following order: That there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 08.12.2022 and do the needful therein within a period of one(1) month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
