ORDER

This writ petition is filed to direct the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.09.2023.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 29.09.2023 to take action against the sixth respondent, who engaged in construction activities in close proximity to the petitioner's quarry without obtaining necessary permission. However, the said representation was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1, 2 4, 5, 7 and 8 would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 29.09.2023 will be considered within a period of 12 weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 29.09.2023, after issuing due notice and opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as sixth respondent on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
