O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) Challenging the detention order made under Section 3(1) r/w 3(2)(b) of the Prevention of Black Marketing and Maintenance of Supplies of Essential Commodities Act 1980 (Central Act 7 of 1980), detaining Mr.G.Selvam @ Mavu Selvam, aged 43 years, S/o Gurusamy, the petitioner has come forward with this petition.

2. It is brought to our notice that the period of detention has already expired and nothing survives in this petition. In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
