Prayer: This civil miscellaneous petition is filed to grant ad-interim stay of the operation of the judgment and decree dated 17.08.2017 passed in A.S No.86 of 2017 on the file of the I Additional Subordinate Judge at Salem reversing the decree and judgment dated 14.09.2017 passed in O.S No.953 of 2012 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Salem, pending disposal of the above second appeal.
