This Criminal Original Petition has been filed direct the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruppur to expeditiously dispose of the petition under Section 156(3) in Crl.M.P.No.2198 of 2022 dated 25.04.2022. 1/4

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner filed complaint under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C against the accused for committing offence under Sections 379, 403, 406, 408, 420 and 409 of IPC. This complaint was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruppur on 25.04.2022. Till now, learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruppur has not passed any orders in the complaint. Therefore, this petition.

3. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records. The learned counsel for the petitioner also filed the copy of the orders passed by the learned Judge from 15.06.2022 to 20.12.2022. It is not even stated by the learned Judicial Magistrate as to why the complaint was kept pending from 25.04.2022 without passing any orders. It appears from the adjudication that, though the learned Judge posted the matter for orders on 10.11.2022, till now, no order was passed.

4. Therefore, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruppur to pass orders on the complaint filed under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C., in the manner known to law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
