JUDGMENT

(Judgement of this Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is directed against the order, made in O.P.No.3891 of 2011, dated 23.02.2016, on the file of the IInd Additional Family Court, Chennai.

On 04.10.2016, this Court referred the appeal to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras. Parties have entered into a compromise and filed a joint memo, dated 11.01.2017, before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre. Enclosing the same, Mediation Report, dated 11.01.2017, has been filed, with a request to place the matter before this Court. Thus, it is listed today.
