(The case has been heard through video conference) The learned counsel for the appellant reported that he has withdrawn his vakalat. Hence the Registry was directed to serve notice on the appellant intimating the pendency of the Second Appeal. Accordingly notice has been sent to the sole appellant. The said notice was returned with an endorsement "Party deceased"

2. In view of the above fact, this Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. No costs.
