ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) After the matter was heard for some time, Ms.Hemalatha, on instructions, sought leave to withdraw the tax case.
2. The tax case is dismissed as withdrawn. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, the interim application also stands disposed of.
3. Ms.Hemalatha further states that the assessee will pay the penalty amount immediately.
