ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to register the case retraining to the petitioner complaint dated 21.05.2012 vide receipt No.C.No.6591/COP/Visitors/2012 in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that petition enquiry was conducted and the same was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

closed on 01.06.2013. A copy of the Closure Report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

4. In view of the above, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
