Criminal Original Petition is filed to transfer the investigation with respect of the Crime No.240 of 2013 pending on the file of the respondent to any other investigating agency and directed to proceed with the investigation. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. 3.In view of the same nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
