ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation 26.12.2025 seeking for transfer and subdivision of patta in his name for the property morefully described in the
affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner has filed supporting documents in support of his representation seeking for transfer of patta. Since the representation dated 26.12.2025 has not been considered till date by the respondent, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.
4. No prejudice will be caused to the respondent, if the aforesaid representation of the petitioner is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing objections from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party whom the respondent deems fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation dated 26.12.2025 seeking for transfer and subdivision of patta in his name for the subject property, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents and after hearing objections from the neighbouring land owners and any other party whom the respondent deems fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court is not expressing any
opinion on the merits of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner. No Costs. W.M.P.No.1910 of 2025 is closed.
