According to the petitioner, the petitioner made a representation dated 10.12.2018 to the first respondent to drop the project of putting up sewerage station by the second respondent in the area which has been earmarked as Park. Since the representation has not been considered, he has come up with the present writ petition.

2.The learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that even though the petitioner's allegation has been denied, the representation of the petitioner would be considered in accordance with law.

3.Considering the above submissions made, without expressing any opinion as to the merits of the case, the second respondent Corporation is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.12.2018 on merits and in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
