PRAYER :
Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents herein from interfering with the petitioner's peaceful running of his shop under the name and style of "Jupiter Juice and Coffee Bar" at Door No.74/20A, I Avenue, Ashok Nagar, Chennai-600 083 by 24 x 7 hours and in particular during night hours.

2. The petitioner is entitled to run his Juice and Coffee Bar at the petition mentioned premise throughout.
3. The respondents police cannot interfere with the regular functioning of running of business by the petitioner. If the petitioner indulges in any unlawful activity by selling tobacco products, it is always open to the third respondent to register a criminal case against the petitioner and take action as per law.
