Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that petitioner shall report before the respondent daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 A.M. until further orders by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.No.15431/2020 dated 30.09.2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.I.ABDUL BASITH, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P No.15431 of 2020 dated 30.09.2020, that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the offence was committed against a woman and charge sheet has not yet been filed.

4. Considering the fact that charge sheet has not been filed and also considering the nature of offence, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition. Accordingtly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. The petitioners are directed to comply with the same condition.
