PRAYER:

Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to dispose the representation dated 12.02.2018 sent by the petitioner within the time fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition seeking direction to the respondents to consider his representation dated 12.02.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents. By consent of both sides, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner gave a representation dated 12.02.2018 seeking permission from the respondent for establishing one more Beef stall. Since it was not considered, the present writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. It is further submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied, if a direction is given to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner.

5. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation would be considered in accordance with law.

6. In the light of the above submissions of both the counsels, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 12.02.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after providing an opportunity of hearing to the necessary parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
