When the matter was taken up for hearing on 18.01.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Registry was directed to list the case under the caption "for dismissal" on 22.01.2021. Even today (i.e on 22.01.2021) none appeared on behalf of the petitioner which shows that the petitioner is not inclined to prosecute the case. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
